About Us

Located in Calera, Alabama, Cypress Lake Farms is a family-owned venue that began in 2020 with a vision to create a serene, lakeside setting for unforgettable events. The venue is operated by the family who calls the farm home, alongside the guidance of our dedicated venue manager. 

What started as a dream in 2020 has blossomed into a beautiful space for weddings, events, and celebrations of all kinds. In addition to our stunning lakeside ceremony grounds, we’ve recently expanded to include our brand-new Cypress Lake Hall, offering a spacious and climate-controlled setting for any event.

At Cypress Lake Farms, we believe every moment matters, and we work hard to ensure every event is tailored to our guests’ vision. Our family-friendly atmosphere combined with our dedication to excellence ensures that each event is not just a day to remember, but it’s a day that will last a lifetime.

At scenic Cypress Lake Farms, we’re here to help you create a wedding day that’s effortless, joyful, and unforgettable. Our flexible packages are designed to meet a variety of needs—from full-weekend celebrations to intimate one-day events—all with access to our lakeside ceremony grounds and beautiful reception spaces.

Our new climate-controlled Event Hall allows us to host weddings year-round, with indoor options that remove the stress of unexpected weather. Whether you’re envisioning a cozy gathering or a large celebration, you’ll find a package that fits your style and guest count.

A 24-hour courtesy hold is available for your preferred date.
Packages and rates listed are valid for 2025 and are subject to change until officially booked. A refundable $500 damage and cleanup deposit is required in addition to your venue rental.

All-Inclusive Package 

$12,000 | Friday–Saturday or Saturday–Sunday | Up to 300 guests

All-Inclusive Package includes:

  • Two-day access for hosting your rehearsal dinner, a ceremony on the lakeside Ceremony grounds or at
  • Cypress Hall, and a reception at the Pavilion complex or Cypress Hall
  • Bride’s Escape with beautiful surrounding grounds and lake for up to 15 guests
  • Groom’s Getaway with patio and lake for up to 15 guests from 9:00am to 5:00pm on wedding day
  • Wedding coordination services details on page 6
  • Pre-event set-up and post-event break-down (tables, chairs, bar, etc.)
  • Rehearsal dinner seating for up to 50 at the Pavilion complex or Cypress Hall
  • 8 high-boy tables and portable bar at Pavilion complex or Cypress Hall

  • ceremony on the lakeside Ceremony grounds or at the Pavilion complex
  • Bride’s Escape with beautiful surrounding grounds and lake for up to 15 guests
  • Groom’s Getaway with patio and access to lake for up to 15 guests from 9:00am to 5:00pm on

Additional hours of access may be on non-consecutive days, depending upon availability.

If booking the Hall Package, additional hours for rehearsal, rehearsal dinner or decorating may not be available on the day preceding
your wedding or event during peak season

Bridal Suite offers the following:

  • Fully furnished living room with satellite TV and WiFi
  • Bedroom with a king bed
  • Full bathroom and laundry room
  • Kitchen complete with appliances
  • A covered porch overlooking the beautiful surrounding grounds and lake

Wedding Coordination Services:

  • Two in-person site visits to work through plan for wedding day *after signing and three weeks prior to event
  • Create full wedding day timeline
  • Create floor plans for ceremony and reception
  • Contacting all vendors before event to confirm arrival times, responsibilities and set up needed
  • Directing rehearsal and wedding day
  • Greeting, directing and being contact for all vendors
  • Managing vendor or logistical issues
  • Managing flow of day and timeline
  • Being available to family and couple to answer any questions or help during the weekend
  • Addressing unforeseen challenges that may occur during the weekend
  • Liaison between the venue and vendors as well as the venue and family
  • Helping family pack up at the end of the night
  • All logistics and execution of Bride’s plan for the day
  • Phone calls and texts to answer any questions
  • Vendor recommendations

    Add Ons:
